Breakpointe Coronado

UCSB brings thousands of new students into Isla Vista and surrounding area.  Two beautiful options for housing are Breakpointe and Coronado.  The management company, prior to being sold, believed that the two options should be managed under one portal.  The challenge was to create a single site that showcased the differences in accommodations.

Along with the marketing and message, Breakpointe/Coronado also requested a custom development that included;

Rent/Lease online application
Maintenance Request
Auto-responses to inquires
Request Status and Canned Responses

Breakpointe / Coronado also desired to setup an user friendly gallery for each property.

The overall responsive design included a customized video showcasing the properties as well as the surrounding communities.  The video was played in the header.

Real Purpose Media has enjoyed and ongoing relationship with the Merdian Property Management group.
